Privacy notice
In short: we collect the bare minimum, we store it for as short a time as possible, and we never share it with anyone we do not have to. Last updated 6 May 2026.
Who we are
This site is operated by BeeKiss'd Ltd, 21 Quarry Hill, Farndon, CH3 6NR. The data controller is the company. You can reach us at kieron@beekissd.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Information you give us
If you contact us through the website form, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message. We use this purely to reply. The legal basis is your consent (you chose to send the message).
If you place an order, the payment is handled by Stripe or Etsy depending on the route you take. We never see your card details. We do receive your name and shipping address so we can send you what you ordered. The legal basis is the performance of a contract.
Information collected automatically
If you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets first-party cookies and collects anonymised usage information so we can see which pages people find useful. We have IP anonymisation enabled. The legal basis is your consent.
If you reject the banner or do not interact with it, no analytics are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We still set one small first-party cookie to remember your choice so we do not show you the banner again. That cookie is essential.
How long we keep things
- Order records: 6 years (HMRC requirement).
- Contact form messages: until they are no longer useful, typically 12 months.
- Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default we have configured).
Who we share it with
Only the providers we cannot avoid: Stripe and Etsy for payments, Royal Mail for delivery, Google Analytics for usage statistics if you accept it, and our email host for replying to messages. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kieron@beekissd.co.uk and we will sort it within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we are getting it wrong.
